At Springvale Home Furniture, we recognize that the selected products may occasionally be oversized, undersized, or not entirely suitable for your needs. You may return your purchase to our store within 7 days from the date of receipt, and we will gladly offer an exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions:
How do I return my purchase?
To initiate a return or exchange under our 7-day change of mind policy, please contact our store or sending email to info@shfurniture.com.au. You have the option to return the products in person or to call in advance to schedule a pick-up from your residence (please note that pick-up and re-delivery fees will apply).

Can I exchange my product for something else?
Certainly! If you wish to swap the product for another product instead of getting a refund, kindly go to our store. Please note that any price difference between the new product and the one being exchanged will need to be addressed accordingly. This means you will have to pay the difference (if the new product is more expensive) or we will refund the difference (if the new product is cheaper) using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Are there any exclusions to your return policy?
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind on pre-owned products sold 'As Is' with disclosed defects or products bought in bulk. Kindly make your selections thoughtfully before making a purchase.
