Warranty Information

At Springvale Home Furniture, you can shop with assurance. Our products are backed by guarantees that are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to receive a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

What is warranty period?

All mattresses and bed frames at Springvale Home Furniture come with a 12-month warranty.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. If you receive a replacement product as part of your warranty claim, the original warranty period remains in effect.

Please be aware that the warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser (unfortunately, it is not transferable)

Are there any exclusions to your warranty?

Unfortunately, the warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, which encompasses pilling, fading, discoloration, and the loss or degradation of either the entire product or its individual components.
• Damage resulting from improper usage, cleaning, negligence, treatment, transportation, storage of the products, or any other actions and/or omissions on your part.
• Damage resulting from any modifications, alterations, improper assembly, tampering, or the use of products in a manner that deviates from their intended purposes.
• Damage resulting from exposing the products to sunlight, extreme temperatures, or chemicals/agents that are recognized for damaging the product's finish.
• Defects in products sold "As Is" that were highlighted to you at the time of purchase.
• Indentations on mattresses, sofas, and chairs that measure less than 32mm

How do I claim my warranty?

Kindly reach out to our store to assert your warranty. Please be aware that you will need to present proof of purchase, typically your receipt, as a component of your claim.

How about transportation fee?

If your warranty claim has been approved, we will not impose any transportation fees for pick-up or drop-off services during the warranty period.
